I love this recipe. We have already had it four times in the past two weeks since we first tried it. (Well, we've made it twice, and had leftovers twice). Not only is it delicious and easy but, it doesn't have that many calories! It makes probably about enough for four and with that there would be about 360 calories per serving. Of course you can eat more and you probably want to!
1.5 Cups - Spinach
6 Cups - Chicken Broth
10 Oz - Cheese Tortellini
2 Tsp - Salt
1 Tbsp - Dried Parsley
1 Tsp - Dried Oregano
2. Meanwhile, rub the spices into the chicken breasts and cube.
3. Cook tortellini for 2-3 minutes in the boiling broth.
4. Stir in spinach and chicken breasts until warmed through.
5. Serve with salt and pepper to taste!
Ingredients:
2 Cups - Cooked Chicken Breast1.5 Cups - Spinach
